1. About these Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of software applications distributed under the developer/publisher name Vector PeakApp (each an "App"). In these Terms, "we", "us" and "Developer" refer to Vector PeakApp and the person or entity legally responsible for the relevant App as identified in its store listing or legal notices. "You" means the person using the App.
2. Acceptance and eligibility
By downloading, installing or using an App, you agree to these Terms to the extent they are legally applicable. If you do not agree, do not use the App and uninstall it from your device. If you are a minor, you may use the App only with the involvement or permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising a child's use where the law requires it.
3. Limited license
Subject to these Terms, applicable store terms and any app-specific license, the Developer grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to download and use the App for its intended purposes on devices that you own or control. This license does not transfer ownership of the App or its intellectual property to you. The App may be subject to additional terms imposed by the app store or device platform.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to, and not to attempt to: use the App unlawfully or for a fraudulent purpose; interfere with its security or operation; introduce malware or harmful code; exploit bugs or vulnerabilities; disrupt servers or networks; impersonate another person; infringe intellectual-property, privacy or other rights; circumvent lawful access controls, advertising controls or payment mechanisms; or use the App in a way that violates applicable laws or platform policies.
You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease or create derivative works from the App except where the Developer expressly permits it or applicable law grants a non-waivable right. You must not reverse engineer or decompile the App except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
5. User content and conduct
If an App allows you to submit, store, publish or share content, you are responsible for ensuring that you have all rights needed to do so and that the content is lawful and appropriate for the App's intended audience. You must not submit unlawful, deceptive, abusive, threatening, hateful, exploitative, sexually explicit or infringing material, or content that exposes another person's personal information without a lawful basis.
Where an App includes user-generated content, community, multiplayer or social features, additional feature-specific rules, reporting tools and moderation processes may apply. The Developer may remove content or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law or enforce these Terms.
6. Privacy and permissions
Use of an App is also subject to the Privacy Policy and any just-in-time privacy disclosures presented in the App. You are responsible for reviewing permission prompts and device privacy settings. The App should request permissions only for purposes relevant to the features offered. Granting a device permission does not mean that the Developer may use the related information for any undisclosed purpose.
7. Advertising, purchases and subscriptions
An App may include advertising, in-app purchases, paid content or subscriptions only where identified in the relevant app or store listing. Advertising may be provided by third-party networks such as Google AdMob. The Developer does not control every advertisement selected or delivered by an independent advertising provider, but will take reasonable steps to use advertising services and placements consistently with applicable law and platform policies.
Purchases and subscriptions are generally processed by the relevant app store or payment provider and are subject to that provider's payment, cancellation, refund and subscription terms. Prices, renewal terms and available cancellation methods should be reviewed before purchase. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
8. Third-party services and platform requirements
An App may rely on operating systems, app stores, advertising networks, analytics tools, hosting providers or other third-party services. Those services may have separate terms and privacy notices. Your use of Google Play, Android or another platform is also subject to the applicable platform agreements and policies. The Developer is not a manufacturer of your device and does not control the device manufacturer's operating system, hardware or independent services.
9. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the App's software, design, text, graphics, audio, video, logos and other materials are owned by or licensed to the Developer and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved. Third-party names, trademarks and logos remain the property of their respective owners.
10. Updates, availability and changes
The Developer may provide updates, patches, new features or changes to maintain, improve, secure or discontinue an App. Some updates may be required for continued use. The Developer does not guarantee that every App or feature will remain available on every device, in every country or indefinitely. The App's availability may also depend on the app store, network access, operating system and third-party services.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using an App at any time by uninstalling it and discontinuing use. The Developer may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to address security risks, unlawful conduct, misuse, platform requirements or a material breach of these Terms. Any termination is subject to applicable law and does not remove rights that cannot legally be waived.
12. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, an App is provided on an "as available" basis and the Developer does not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device or suitable for every individual purpose. The Developer will not exclude warranties or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. App-specific descriptions and support information should be consulted before use.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of an App, including loss caused by third-party services, network interruptions, unsupported devices or user misuse. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot be excluded, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.
14. Changes to these Terms
The Developer may revise these Terms to reflect changes in an App, applicable law or platform requirements. The current version will be published on this page with its revision date. Where required by law, material changes will be notified or presented for renewed acceptance.
15. Governing law and contact
These Terms are subject to mandatory consumer protection and other applicable laws. Any governing-law or venue rules will apply only to the extent legally permitted. For questions, complaints or support, use the active developer support contact shown on the relevant app's Google Play store listing.
